Louis Cauffman is psycholoog - psychotherapeut en bedrijfseconomist gespecialiseerd in de familiebedrijfspsychologie.

Hij is oprichter en directeur van het SOLT.E.A.M. Instituut (zie www.solteam.org), een internationaal opleidingsinstituut in oplossingsgerichte coaching en

psychotherapie alsmede oprichter-zaakvoerder van het Integrative Management Instituut (zie www.louiscauffman.com), gespecialiseerd in begeleiding van familiebedrijven.

Louis is auteur van verschillende artikels en boeken, o.a.: 'Oplossingsgericht Management & Coaching' (Lemma 2003) en 'The Solution Tango' (Cyan Books).
